Talent Agreement
Position
All talents agree to represent the company as a VTuber talent while maintaining a professional attitude toward fellow members, staff, and the community.
Volunteer Agreement
This position is voluntary and does not guarantee future employment or financial compensation.
Volunteers are expected to:
- Complete assigned work on time.
- Communicate delays promptly.
- Keep confidential information private.
- Treat everyone respectfully.
- Represent the company professionally.
Volunteers will be compensated with:
- Ability to add all completed work to portfolios (after projects are completed)
- Ability to use their pieces made for the company as YCH bases for outsource commissions
Volunteers will not be compensated with:
- Monetary value (agreement can be signed later when company makes good revenue)
- The right to independently claim any pieces made for the company.
If revenue becomes available, future compensation opportunities may be considered but are not guaranteed.
Code of Conduct
All members are expected to:
- Treat everyone with respect.
- Maintain professionalism.
- Keep company information confidential.
- Accept constructive criticism.
- Support fellow talents and staff.
The following are prohibited:
- Harassment
- Hate speech
- Discrimination
- Doxxing
- Threats
- Leaking confidential information
- Deliberately damaging the company’s reputation
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination.
Community Rules
Community members should:
- Be respectful.
- Respect moderators.
- Keep discussions appropriate.
- No spam or excessive self-promotion.
- Respect talent boundaries.
- Do not pressure talents to reveal personal information.
- No harassment or discrimination.
Moderation actions may include:
- Warning
- Timeout
- Ban
Content Guidelines
Allowed content includes (with manager approval):
- Gaming
- Art
- Music
- Just Chatting
- ASMR
- Creative content
- NSFW (must be on approved socials & approved by manager)
- Gambling Streams
Not allowed:
- Illegal activities (being committed by talent)
- Hate speech
- Copyright infringement
- Harassment
Character and Intellectual Property Policy
Expectations
- Stream a minimum of 4 times per month (unless on approved hiatus).
- Attend required meetings whenever reasonably possible. (If unable to make it talents will be given a recap by their manager at a later date)
- Promote company events when requested.
Models
Talents may:
- Bring an existing Live2D model or PNG.
- Bring their own customizable model.
- Purchase a customizable model through the company (cost of the model + $15 customization fee).
- Borrow a company-owned model or character design.
Ownership
- Personal Model: If talents bring their own model and own all commercial rights, they retain ownership.
- Personal Customizable: If they purchase and own a customizable model, they retain ownership.
- Company Customized Model: If the company purchases a customizable model and they reimburse the purchase price plus a $15 customization fee, ownership transfers to them once payment is complete.
- Borrowed Company Model: If they use a company-owned model or design, ownership remains with the company at all times.
The company owns:
- Logos
- Branding
- Company mascots
- Company-owned models
- Promotional artwork
Fan art is encouraged.
Commercial use requires company approval.
Joining Policy
There are two onboarding paths.
Personal Model
If a talent:
- Owns all commercial rights to their model
- Has already debuted
They must:
- Announce they are joining the company.
- Add the company affiliation to their username or profile on all streaming and social platforms.
Company Model
If the company provides or owns the model:
The talent is required to:
- Participate in an official company debut.
- Follow the company’s branding during debut promotions.
Grouping Policy
To encourage cohesive generations and group debuts:
- Previously active talents may be asked to take a temporary streaming hiatus until they are assigned to a debut group.
- During this hiatus, talents may continue:
- Posting on social media
- Uploading Shorts, Reels, TikToks, and similar short-form content
- During this hiatus, talents may not:
- Livestream
- Upload long-form videos
- Long-form content may resume only after the group’s official announcement or debut.
Confidentiality (NDA)
Members may not disclose:
- Upcoming debuts
- Internal discussions
- Financial information
- Personal information
- Future company projects
- Internal documents
This obligation continues after leaving the company.
Anti-Harassment Policy
The company has zero tolerance for:
- Bullying
- Harassment
- Sexual harassment
- Discrimination
- Doxxing
- Threats
- Stalking
- Retaliation against reporters
Reports may be submitted privately to management.
Graduation and Departure Policy
Members should provide at least 30 days’ notice whenever possible.
Upon departure:
- Company accounts will be locked (unless requested otherwise)
- Internal server access will be revoked.
- Company-owned models and assets may no longer be used.
- Confidentiality obligations remain in effect.
Model ownership follows the Model Policy:
- Personal models remain with the talent.
- Company-owned or borrowed models remain with the company.
Revenue & Compensation Policy
The company currently operates on a volunteer basis.
At this time:
- No salaries are provided.
- No guaranteed revenue sharing exists.
- Volunteers are unpaid.
Future revenue may come from:
- Merchandise
- Sponsorships
- Company Donations
- Company Advertisements
Compensation may later include:
- Revenue sharing
- Monthly stipends
- Commissions
- Salaried positions
Social Media Policy
Members should:
- Represent the company professionally.
- Avoid public arguments.
- Keep confidential information private.
- Contact management before responding to major controversies.
Conflict Resolution Policy
If a conflict arises:
- Attempt to resolve it privately.
- Contact a manager if needed.
- If unresolved, the owners will review the situation.
- The owners’ decision is final unless otherwise stated.
